The pressure constant shows a slightly faster powerlaw scaling than the expected (Re)^2 scaling. This is better illustrated in this figure in which the pressure constant is plotted as a function of Re (not R_lambda) and the expected scaling is indicated by a dashed line. As can be seen from that figure, the departure from the expected scaling is statistically significant, but not large compared with possible systematic errors (due to seeding density).
