Recent work inside and outside of clusters has uncovered some surprises regarding their non-thermal shock structures. I report on some recent radio studies in which we discovered a shock which terminates the Coma cluster halo and what is now a 2Mpc wide shock behind a 500 km/s infalling column of galaxies to the southwest. We also find cluster-like structures in much poorer environments, raising questions about particle acceleration efficiency. I will close with a brief look at preliminary, intriguing EVLA images of the putative shock structure in Abell 2256. This work is supported, in part, by NSF grant AST-0908688.
