Time-Dependent Density Functional Theory for Attosecond Science: Promises and Challenges

I will give a general review of density functional theory for non-experts and explain why time-dependent DFT holds such promise for strong fields. I will also explain why successes for electronic exitations do not imply success for strong field processes [1]
